About Traanix

Domain depth. Build discipline.

Traanix is a small software studio run by two founders — one from two decades of heavy engineering, one from computer science. Small on purpose; serious by default.

End-to-end engineering depth, paired with Iminder's software engineering, is what lets Traanix build tools that hold up in real technical environments — not generic AI wrappers.

Maninder “Mani” Nandha

Co-founder · The domain edge

Mani has spent 18+ years leading multi-discipline engineering teams — electrical, mechanical, structural, instrumentation and controls — across Australia and internationally, working within global MNCs and OEMs across mining and heavy-industry fabrication. He has run engineering groups of up to 40 people across multiple countries, owned design authority and technical sign-off, and carried delivery accountability on multi-million-dollar programs.

His edge is end-to-end command of the process — he knows how work actually moves from design through manufacturing, project management, commissioning and site support. Not just how a drawing is made, but how the whole thing gets built and delivered. That whole-process view is what makes the tools he builds land in the real workflow rather than beside it.

The AI work isn't a pivot — it's the same thread he's pulled for fifteen years, from SAP-to-CAD data integration early in his career through to the document-intelligence tools he builds today. It runs on one principle he won't bend: deterministic logic owns anything correctness-critical, AI does triage and advisory flagging only, and qualified human sign-off is never automated. In safety-critical, standards-governed engineering, that discipline is the entire point.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner — continuous improvement being the constant across every role: find the waste, then remove it.

Iminder Nandha

Co-founder · The build edge

Iminder is a computer science engineer and owns the build side of Traanix — product architecture, engineering and delivery. He turns deep domain workflows into fast, reliable software: deterministic pipelines where correctness matters, AI where judgement needs a head start, and interfaces that practical people actually use.

Alongside Traanix, he has built and operated software and businesses serving small organisations and community clubs — which keeps the studio's products grounded in how real teams run day to day, not how a demo runs on stage.

The principle we won't bend
Deterministic logic owns correctness. AI triages and advises. Sign-off stays human.

In safety-critical, standards-governed work, that discipline isn't a constraint on the product — it is the product.

Work with people who've done the work.

If your problem lives in drawings, documents, workflows or clubs — we speak the language already.
